Rachael is Office Manager at The Paving Experts and a valued menber of the team, known for her warm, professional approach and strong understanding of the products and people she supports. With an extensive background in customer service and a clear commitment to paving and landscaping product knowledge, she plays an important role in ensuring every customer receives clear guidance and a positive experience.
Rachael believes exceptional service starts with listening. She takes the time to understand each customer’s needs and takes pride in offering support that is both knowledgeable and personable, helping customers feel confident in their decisions.
Experience & Approach
Since joining The Paving Experts, Rachael has built strong, practical knowledge across the product range, with particular expertise in Flowpoint and other Instarmac products. She works closely with colleagues and contractors, spending time understanding applications, troubleshooting queries and continually expanding her knowledge to better support customers.
Rachael brings a broad range of experience from customer-facing and support roles across several industries. Earlier in her career, she worked as a Mortgage Underwriter, developing strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. She later spent many years teaching trampoline fitness classes as part of a small, family-run business, where she also assisted other instructors and played a key role in handling enquiries, providing ongoing support and contributing to the day-to-day running of an expanding company.
Alongside her professional customer liaison experience, Rachael completed a BA (Hons) in Social Science with Social Policy through the Open University, as well as a Diploma in Criminology. This academic background supports her thoughtful, considered approach to communication and customer care.

Rachael enjoys supporting both contractors and domestic customers. She takes pride in offering clear, practical guidance and is passionate about helping customers have confidence in both the products they’ve chosen and the service they’ve received.

Beyond Work
Rachael lives in Tamworth with her husband Gary, their daughter Liv, and their Basset Hound, Daisy. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, relaxing at home, and shopping trips with her mum and sister — usually coming home with more bags than intended!
