Cleo Canning is the Managing Director and Owner of The Paving Experts, with over 25 years’ experience across marketing, construction and business leadership. A specialist in paving, landscaping and construction materials, Cleo is widely recognised for her expertise in paving grouts and contractor best practice. Outside of work, she’s a keen road cyclist, avid reader, and devoted owner of her rescue dog, Winnie.
Rachael Ellis
Rachael is Office Manager at The Paving Experts team and a valued member of the team, known for her warm, professional approach and strong understanding of the products and people she supports. With an extensive background in customer service and a clear commitment to paving and landscaping product knowledge, she plays an important role in ensuring every customer receives clear guidance and a positive experience.
Nick Holmes
Nick’s role as Technical Training Manager for Instarmac Group plc is to educate and inform their customers about the technical properties and capabilities of Instarmac’s range of products. Nick troubleshoots issues that they may be having to ensure they feel comfortable and confident using the UltraCrete and UltraScape range of products, so that their projects run smoothly and faultlessly.
Mark Talbot
With three decades of experience under his belt as a pavior and landscaper, Mark offers technical support and industry insights to the team at The Paving Experts. Mark is also Director of MPave, an approved Constructionline company, and he is an accredited contractor under CHAS.
Victoria Macgregor
As an emerging expert in paving and surfacing materials, Victoria writes regular articles for The Paving Experts to share specialist knowledge from a highly experienced team of hard landscapers. She helps decipher complex information to ease the way for contractors and DIYers alike.
