How to mix and apply Flowcon

1. Add the entire contents of the pack and the aggregate to a standard free fall mixer.
2. If the material is to be mixed by hand, empty contents onto a clean board and mix without adding the water for a short time to combine the cement and the aggregate.
3. Because the aggregates contain moisture, water should be added gradually untill the required consistency is achieved. Typically 1.5-3 litres of clean water should be sufficient for a 25kg bag of product to achieve the desired consistency. Note: It is essential that this product not be over-watered.
4. The mixed material should be applied as soon as possible after mixing.
5. Tamp or finish as necessary avoiding excessive vibration as segregation of aggregate may occur.
